Ocean Ridge is a 54 unit condominium association located in Sea Bright.  There are 40 units located at 1187 Ocean Avenue and 14 units at 1 Osborne Place.  Each building has a common laundry room.

 

Beach access is available at the North and South sides of the Ocean Avenue building.  Each owner in good standing was given two keys.  Replacement keys are available for $100.
